Risa A. Levine is a New York attorney with a distinguished career in advocacy, philanthropy, and political engagement. She has championed infertility treatment access for over 18 years, securing landmark achievements like New York legislation for IVF coverage and legalizing compensated surrogacy. A former board member of RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, she chaired its Capitol Hill Advocacy Day and earned multiple awards, including the RESOLVE Advocacy Legacy Award named in her honor. Politically active, Risa served on Hillary Clinton’s finance committees and supports Jewish and Zionist causes through leadership roles with State of Israel Bonds and The Judaism and Democracy Action Alliance. A Brandeis University and Fordham Law School graduate, she frequently speaks on advocacy issues and appears in major media outlets.
