Prior to joining JewBelong at the end of 2024, Kayla spent most of the last decade working on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including Meta, PepsiCo, Samsung, Verizon, Hershey, and Diageo, at some of the most award-winning advertising agencies, such as CP+B, TBWA/Chiat/Day, R/GA, and Anomaly. In these roles, she immersed herself in all aspects of social and digital strategy, starting as a community manager for Hershey at CP+B and, most recently, leading social strategy for Johnnie Walker, Crown Royal, and Bulleit at Anomaly. Working on these brands allowed her to be at the forefront of digital behavior and culture.
While this work was rewarding, transformative, and full of growth, Kayla sought a new challenge that would allow her to leverage her skill set in a more meaningful and impactful way. As a proud Jew deeply concerned about the rise in antisemitism, she recognized the Chief of Staff opportunity at JewBelong as the perfect role to combine her passion and expertise.
Outside of her work at JewBelong, Kayla lives in Manhattan with her husband, where they enjoy traveling and exploring new restaurants.
